Job Summary:


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Campus Recruitment:

  • Develop and execute campus hiring plans aligned with business needs.
  • Build & maintain relationships with target universities, career services, and faculty.
  • Organize and conduct campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and information sessions.
  • Manage candidate sourcing (job boards, social media), screening, interviewing, and offer processes.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
  • Manage onboarding for campus hires, integrating them into the company culture.
  1. Recruitment and onboarding:

     Lead the entire hiring process from sourcing candidates to the final onboarding of new employees.
  2. Performance management:

     Manage performance appraisals, provide coaching, and implement improvement plans.
  3. Compensation and benefits:

     Oversee payroll, administer compensation packages, and manage benefits programs like health insurance and vacation time.
  4. Employee relations and engagement:

     Resolve employee grievances, mediate conflicts, and promote a positive, inclusive, and harmonious work environment.
  5. Training and development:

     Organize and implement training programs, career development initiatives, and learning opportunities for staff.
  6. Compliance and legal:

    Ensure the company adheres to all labor laws, health and safety regulations, and internal policies, and maintain accurate records.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's/Master's in HR or related field with ADVERTISING EXPOSURE
  • Proven experience in recruitment, especially campus/fresher hiring.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Data-driven mindset, problem-solving abilities, and project management aptitude.
