Human Resources Specialist

Role Overview: As an HR Specialist at WOTR, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. This includes tasks such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and HR administration. Your role will require strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding. - Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately and confidentially. - Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. - Coordinate employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives. - Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and other matters. - Prepare HR-related reports and presentations for management review. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred). - 1 - 5 years of experience in HR or related roles. - Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/HRMS. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. - Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
