We are looking for a dynamic HR Executive who will manage recruitment, employee onboarding, compliance, documentation, client HR coordination, and overall workforce management. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a proactive mindset to support our growing operations. Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Staffing Source, screen, and recruit candidates as per client requirements. Maintain candidate databases and pipeline for future needs. Schedule interviews and coordinate with clients. Employee Lifecycle Management Onboard new hires: documentation, induction, and compliance setup. Track attendance, leaves, and performance reports. Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and experience certificates. Client Coordination Act as the point of contact between clients and outsourced staff. Handle client-specific HR requirements, grievances, and updates. Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met and maintained. Compliance & Documentation Maintain HR records, contracts, ID verifications, and compliance documents. Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF/ESI (if applicable), and employment standards. Workforce Engagement & Retention Organize basic training sessions or orientation (if required). Monitor employee satisfaction and recommend retention strategies. Internal HR Support Collaborate with RestartX team members to ensure smooth internal HR processes. Assist in internal team hiring and HR policy development.
