The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, operational, and administrative capabilities to manage property upkeep, staff coordination, and vendor relationships. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the operations and maintenance of company-owned properties Manage buildings, grounds, and facility staff efficiently Ensure upkeep, cleanliness, and security of the premises Handle leasing processes, rent collection, and tenant communication Plan and monitor maintenance and repair schedules Coordinate with vendors and service providers Manage budgets and prepare financial reports Implement facility policies and ensure regulatory compliance Requirements: Graduate with 5–10 years of relevant experience in property/facility management Strong leadership and people management skills Proficiency in maintenance scheduling and vendor coordination Good communication and problem-solving abilities Experience with budget planning and expense tracking Knowledge of property laws and safety protocols is a plus Why Join Us?
