Property/Facility Officer

As a Property/Facility Officer at Puzzolana Machinery Fabricators, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations and management of our estates and facilities in Hyderabad. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure efficient property upkeep, staff coordination, and vendor relationships to maintain the premises at the highest standards. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing the operations and maintenance of company-owned properties, managing buildings, grounds, and facility staff, ensuring cleanliness and security, handling leasing processes, rent collection, and tenant communication, planning maintenance schedules, coordinating with vendors, managing budgets, and implementing facility policies to ensure regulatory compliance. To excel in this role, you should be a graduate with 5-10 years of relevant experience in property/facility management. Strong leadership, people management, maintenance scheduling, and vendor coordination skills are essential. Effective communication, problem-solving abilities, budget planning, expense tracking, and knowledge of property laws and safety protocols will be advantageous.
