· Experience in Sheet metal, Weldments for DFM.

· Hand calculations for sizing structural members, fasteners, etc..

· Hands on experience in working on drive lines, engines etc..

· Should able to create Conceptual design & have good knowledge of manufacturing process.

· Conceptual design to 3D Modeling & manufacturing drawings creations.

· Strong Design background and adequate manufacturing/product development exposure.

· A good knowledge of GD & T and best practices.

· Knowledge of ANSI standards & AWS

· Making of supporting structure for cone crusher,vertical shaft(VSI) and for vibrating screens

· Design walkways and railing and ladders for screens and cone crushers

· Preparing of layouts as per the customer requirement

· Design and assembly of belt conveyors

· Visiting sites to understand machine under site conditions

· Detailing the individual part drawings and Forming GA drawing in Auto Cad

Skills

· Proven record of successfully leading project activities.

· Should have good leadership skills and able to handle projects with the support of team members.

· Good English communication skill, both written and spoken;

· Good Presentation and interpersonal skills

· Creative & Innovative thinking.

Experience: Relevant Experience 2-5 Years.

Qualification

· B.Tech/BE(Mechanical Engineering)

Experience: 3 to 6 years of relevant industry experience
