Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Perform engineering design for commercial, residential, and industrial buildings.
Provide complete miscellaneous member design calculations and connection design in line with project requirements.
Execute stair framing, railing, canopy, and trellis design using appropriate load cases and combinations as per American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC) and American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) standards.
Coordinate with in-house detailing teams to optimize miscellaneous steel structure weights and ensure smooth project execution.
Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and project specifications.
Prepare and review technical documentation and design reports.Skills & Qualifications
Strong experience in engineering design of commercial, residential, and industrial structures.
Hands-on expertise with:STAAD Pro, AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel
In-depth knowledge of AISC & ASCE standards.
Ability to perform miscellaneous member design calculations and develop efficient design solutions.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.Desired

Candidate Profile

Bachelors degree in Civil / Structural Engineering (or equivalent).
2 to 4 years of relevant design experience.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of meeting project deadlines.
