Job Description for Jr Connection Design Engineer Skills Required Strong experience in Engineering Design of Commercial, Residential and industrial Buildings Ability to provide complete Miscellaneous member Design Calculations and Connections Design Experience with American Codes (AISC & ASCE), Standards and Projects Fully Conversant with Software like Ram Connection, Staad Pro, Mathcad, AutoCAD, MS Excel and Hilti anchor connections Design Knowledge of Miscellaneous member Design Calculations which includes Stair framing design, Railings design, Canopy and Trellis design using the specified load cases and Combinations as per AISC/ASCE Standards Capable of handling the project as the Design Engineer by coordinating with In-house detailing team and Optimization of Misc. Steel Structure Weights Desired Candidate Profile 3+ years of relevant experience in Engineering Design Strong knowledge of AISC & ASCE Standards Candidates with experience in both US and Canada Projects will be preferred
