Job Description

Job Criteria for an ideal fit:


Responsibilities


  • Develop and post job descriptions on relevant platforms.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews.
  • Support hiring managers in final selection and offer rollouts.
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates.
  • Conduct employee orientation and induction programs.
  • Ensure all joining formalities are completed (contracts, ID cards, bank forms, etc.).
  • Plan and manage the exit interview process and ensure full and final settlements.
  • Assist in setting up and monitoring KPIs/OKRs.
  • Facilitate annual and quarterly performance reviews.
  • Support managers with appraisals and performance improvement plans.
  • Draft and update company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure HR practices are in compliance with labor laws.
  • Conduct audits and maintain HR records for compliance checks.


Bachelor’s Degree (any field)

6+ experienced preferred (fresher & Lead generation background can apply)
