Job Title: HR Specialist / HR Recruiter Location: New Delhi (Company expanding globally) Company: Mojowix – Digital Marketing & Software Development Startup Job Description: Mojowix is looking for an HR Specialist/HR Executive to manage recruitment and HR operations for our digital marketing and tech teams. The role is based in New Delhi and will also support hiring for our global expansion. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment (tech, developers, engineers, digital marketing roles) Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and social media Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers Manage onboarding, documentation, HR files, and employee records Maintain HRMS entries and ensure data accuracy Support employee relations, queries, and day-to-day HR operations Assist with hiring for domestic and international roles Contribute to HR process setup in a fast-paced startup environment Required Skills:1–4 years of experience in HR, talent acquisition, or recruitment Experience in IT/tech hiring or digital marketing recruitment preferred Strong communication and coordination skills Good understanding of sourcing methods and interview processes Ability to work under deadlines in a startup environment Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented About the Company: Mojowix is a growing startup in New Delhi, offering digital marketing and software development services with a strong focus on global expansion.
