Qualifications

Hands-on experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
Strong understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits administration
Expertise in Personnel Management, including employee onboarding and engagement
Knowledge of employment laws and workplace compliance
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Prior experience in a similar HR role is a plus
