Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Specialist based in Jamshedpur, with an option for partial work from home. The Human Resources Specialist will manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, implementation of HR policies, and employee engagement activities. Responsibilities also include coordinating staff benefits, maintaining personnel records, and offering support to employees and management to ensure a productive work environment. The role will play a key part in ensuring compliance with labor laws and promoting a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
  • Strong understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits administration
  • Expertise in Personnel Management, including employee onboarding and engagement
  • Knowledge of employment laws and workplace compliance
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience in a similar HR role is a plus
