▪️ 1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
▪️ Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing techniques.
▪️ Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tools (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn).
▪️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
▪️ Ability to handle multiple roles and meet hiring deadlines.
▪️Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
