Human Resources Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Specialist who can independently manage day-to-day HR operations and support a growing team.

Location: Mumbai (On-site)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, documentation, exit formalities

• Handle payroll processing, attendance, leave management, and compliance

• Maintain and update HRMS (Keka / Factor HR / HR1 / Zoho People or similar)

• Create and implement HR policies, processes, and employee guidelines

• Support founders with hiring pipelines, coordination, and HR communication

• Maintain employee records, contracts, and performance tracking

• Handle employee queries and ensure smooth internal communication

• Assist with basic admin-HR tasks as needed

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in HR roles

• Strong knowledge of payroll, compliance, and HR documentation

• Hands-on experience with HRMS software

• Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a fast-moving environment and manage multiple tasks
