Key Responsibilities

• Strategically manage and grow our presence on Instagram, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
• Create original, engaging, and on-trend content that resonates with our audience – not just static portfolio posts.
• Develop meme-based content that reflects the brand voice and taps into current cultural moments.
• Stay on top of social media trends, challenges, and updates – and creatively apply them to brand content.
• Plan and manage monthly content calendars and posting schedules.
• Collaborate with internal teams for brainstorming content ideas, planning shoots, and executing campaigns with quick turnarounds.
• Analyze platform insights and performance data to inform strategy and optimize growth.
• Regularly report on social media metrics and provide actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of professional experience managing social media accounts for brands.
• Demonstrated success in growing and engaging social media audiences.
• Strong creative instincts with a pulse on internet culture, meme trends, and brand storytelling.
• Proficiency in scheduling tools and social media analytics dashboards (e.g., Meta Suite, YouTube Studio, etc.).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to fast-changing content demands.

Bonus Points if you:

• Have experience with video editing or graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
• Have managed influencer collaborations or UGC campaigns.
• Run your own viral meme or content page.
