Social Media Manager bengaluru 2 - 3 years INR 4.2 - 5.4 Lacs P.A. On-site Full Time

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to plan, execute, and manage our presence across digital platforms. The role involves creating engaging content, managing day-to-day social media activities, growing audience engagement, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels. You will work closely with the creative and marketing teams to bring ideas to life and turn insights into impactful content. Key Responsibilities Plan, create, and manage content calendars across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) Write clear, engaging, and on-brand captions, posts, and campaign copies Coordinate with designers, videographers, and content creators to execute posts and campaigns Publish, schedule, and monitor daily social media activity Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, growth, and conversions Analyze insights and prepare performance reports with actionable recommendations Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and content formats Manage basic paid promotions and boosts when required Ensure brand tone, visual style, and messaging remain consistent across platforms Experience & Skills Required 2–3 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices Excellent written communication skills in English (knowledge of regional languages is a plus) Experience working with content calendars, analytics tools, and scheduling platforms Ability to think creatively while also working with data and insights Basic knowledge of social media ads and performance tracking Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously A good eye for visuals, trends, and storytelling What We’re Looking For Someone who understands culture, trends, and audience behavior A proactive self-starter who can take ownership of platforms A team player who collaborates well with creative and strategy teams Passion for digital content, storytelling, and brand building Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
