Role Title: HR Recruiter Department: Human Resources Location: Faridabad (Hiring responsibility for Pune & Ahmedabad) Vacancies: 03 Joining: Immediate Experience: 6 Months – 3 Years Salary Range: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 per month Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment for Faridabad, Pune, and Ahmedabad locations. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, referrals, and internal databases. Coordinate and schedule interviews with department heads. Maintain continuous follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers. Support offer rollout, joining formalities, and onboarding coordination. Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and hiring reports. Ensure timely closure of positions as per hiring requirements. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future needs.
