Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative, result-oriented, and strategic Social Media Manager to manage and grow our digital presence across platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for content planning, execution, engagement, and performance tracking to strengthen brand visibility and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage content across social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and WhatsApp.
• Develop monthly content calendars aligned with brand and marketing goals.
• Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and short videos in coordination with the design and video teams.
• Manage daily posting, comments, messages, and community engagement.
• Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, followers, and leads.
• Run and monitor paid social media campaigns, if required.
• Coordinate with internal teams for promotions, events, placements, and training updates.
• Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
• Ensure brand consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging across all platforms.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 1–4 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
• Good communication, creativity, and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, and scheduling tools is a plus.
