? Update and maintain Employee Master File (personal details, employment data, compensation, etc.).
? Update Employee Directory monthly or as needed.
? Maintain and update Consolidated HR Tracker (new hires, exits, leaves, performance, etc.).
? Ensure all Employee Personnel Files are complete and organized.
? Maintain version control of all HR templates and trackers.
? Support in document audit preparation (for compliance or partner audits).
? Maintain recruitment tracker (from requisition to closure)
.? Source profiles through LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals.
? Post job ads on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
? Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates.
? Conduct HR interviews and coordinate with technical panels.
? Schedule technical interviews and manage communication between candidates and panel.
? Conduct cognitive / aptitude tests and maintain candidate test records.
? Prepare and send offer letters in coordination with the HR Head.
? Ensure background verification and reference checks are completed pre-joining.
? Prepare for onboarding system setup, ID creation, induction pack, etc.
? Conduct Induction sessions for new hires (company overview, policies, culture).
? Collect joining documents and upload to HRIS / personnel files.
? Update new hire details in payroll and HRIS systems.
? Conduct probation review coordination with managers.
? Manage HRIS system (employee data, attendance, and workflow updates).
? Review and verify Time Sheets weekly/monthly before submission to payroll.
? Leave management: track, update, and reconcile leave balances monthly.
? Update and maintain the Leave Tracker and ensure proper manager approvals.
? Support employees with HRIS queries and access issues.
? Assist in Payroll Preparation ensure accuracy of attendance, leave, and deductions.
? Reconcile payroll inputs with Finance and prepare supporting documents.
? Send out increment letters as per approved lists.
? Ensure confidential handling of all salary-related data.
? Track and process allowances, reimbursements, and EOS settlements.
? Send PE (Performance Evaluation) forms at the start of each cycle.
? Track and follow up on submission deadlines.
? Review final PE forms for completeness and accuracy.
? Maintain historical performance data for audit/reference.
? Coordinate with managers for rating consolidation and increment planning.
? Send Birthday and Work Anniversary wishes on time.
? Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities (quarterly).
? Support internal communication campaigns and HR announcements.
? Conduct small pulse surveys and share summary insights.
? Coordinate resignation acceptance and exit process with relevant departments.
? Schedule exit interviews and document feedback.
? Prepare clearance and final settlement forms.
? Ensure proper handover and disable system access post exit.
? Update offboarding tracker and report monthly exits.
? Ensure employee records and HR activities comply with labor law and company policies.
? Maintain trackers for visas, passports, and renewals (if applicable).
? Support the HR Head in monthly HR dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking.
? Prepare quarterly HR summaries (headcount, attrition, new joiners, etc.).
? Support HR Head in policy rollouts, SOP updates, and new HR initiatives.
? Suggest improvements to HR processes and documentation
.? Ensure confidentiality and integrity in all HR transactions.
