Role Overview:

HR Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruitment: job posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding
Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and project resource needs
Drive HR operations including attendance, documentation, payroll inputs, and compliance
Handle employee engagement, grievance resolution, and culture building activities
Assist in drafting and updating company policies, SOPs, and compliance documents
Manage HR records, generate reports, and ensure audit readiness
Support performance management cycles and appraisals
Utilize AI tools for resume screening, JD generation, and automation of repetitive tasks
Collaborate with leadership for smooth project coordination and staffing

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Postgraduate Degree in HR and/or Marketing
Minimum 1 year of hands-on HR experience
Prior exposure to both IT and Non-IT hiring environments
Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and HR compliance
Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Zoho Recruit, etc.)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking ability
Comfortable working in a tech-first, fast-paced environment
