Create and schedule content calendars tailored to each brand and platform. Monitor engagement metrics and tweak strategies based on performance. Use AI and automation tools to enhance campaign efficiency and content ideation. Coordinate with design and content teams for visuals and messaging. Stay on top of social media trends, platform algorithm changes, and viral formats. Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in managing social media for brands or agencies. Strong understanding of content strategy, branding, and analytics. Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Later, or Hootsuite. Awareness of AI tools for content creation, scheduling, and engagement. Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
