The Social Media Strategist will be responsible for planning and managing the company's social media content. The role focuses on content ideas, scheduling, posting, and maintaining brand consistency across platforms.
1. Content Planning
Create monthly social media calendars
Plan posts, reels, stories, and basic campaign ideas Do simple competitor checks and trend observation
2. Content Coordination
Share clear briefs with the graphic designer/video editor Write captions, basic scripts, and concept notes
Ensure all creatives match the brand style
3. Trend Monitoring
Suggest simple trend-based content ideas Keep updated with basic platform changes
4. Posting & Page Management
Upload posts, reels, and stories as per schedule Maintain page hygiene: highlights, bio, pinned posts, etc. Respond to basic comments/messages when needed
