Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Executive, located in Sola, Ahmedabad The HR Executive will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, conducting employee onboarding, maintaining personnel records, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. Additional responsibilities include coordinating employee training, development programs, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The HR Executive will also support performance review processes and collaborate with management to address employee needs and organizational objectives. Qualifications Recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations skills Knowledge of labor laws, compliance regulations, and HR best practices Experience in training, development programs, and performance management Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills Familiarity with HR software, tools, and Microsoft Office Suite Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Experience in an HR role within any industry is advantageous Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently with minimal supervision
