Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Nagpur for a Social Media Strategist. The role involves creating, implementing, and optimizing social media strategies to foster brand growth and audience engagement. Key responsibilities include managing various social media channels, developing content strategies, crafting compelling posts, implementing Social Media Optimization (SMO), and collaborating with the public relations team to ensure consistent brand messaging. The role also requires measuring campaign performance and maintaining strong community engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong Communication and Public Relations skills
• Proficiency in developing and implementing Content Strategy for diverse platforms
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and emerging trends
• Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Experience in a similar role within the décor or design industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
