The Role You’ll serve as the right hand to our Creative Director. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a creative, fast-moving environment with a diverse customer base and knows how to turn ideas into results across digital channels. Key Responsibilities 1. Website Development ● Maintain and update website content via WordPress or similar CMS ● Assist with light development tasks such as landing page creation and edits ● Ensure accurate, functional, and user-friendly site performance 2. Brand Design Coordination ● Collaborate with designers to develop marketing assets (social, email, web) ● Use tools like Canva to create simple marketing materials such as social posts, flyers, and internal templates ● Confidently work with brand assets (logos, typography, color palettes) to maintain visual consistency across platforms 3. Content Marketing ● Create and manage email marketing campaigns and newsletters ● Coordinate the production and publishing of blog or long-form content ● Support copywriting for web, social, and email as needed 4. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) ● Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic visibility ● Conduct basic keyword research and on-page optimization ● Monitor performance using Google Search Console, Analytics, and SEMrush/Ahrefs 5. Social Media Management (SMM) ● Plan and schedule 3–5 posts per week across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, & X) ● Create or coordinate Reels, Stories, and other visual-first content ● Engage with audiences to foster community and support follower growth 6. Performance Marketing ● Coordinate Google Ads and Meta Ads in collaboration with ad specialists ● Assist with campaign setup, asset handoff, and light optimization tasks ● Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console (GSC), and Google Tag Manager (GTM); compile insights into actionable reports Qualifications ● 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience (agency experience a plus) ● Strong working knowledge of SEO and social media management ● Proficient in: ○ Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, and Tag Manager (GTM) ○ SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar) ○ Meta Business Suite ○ Email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, Flodesk, Klaviyo) ● Experience with WordPress, Webflow, and similar CMS ○ Bonus: Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS ● Strong copywriting and content creation skills ● Skilled in creating spreadsheets and compiling performance reports ● Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated ● Excellent communication and collaboration skills US Shift SAL-20-23k (4 hours)
