Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
• Create platform-specific content calendars aligned with brand goals and marketing campaigns
• Analyze social media insights, engagement metrics, and campaign performance to continuously optimize strategy
• Run and manage paid ads campaigns on Meta, Google, and other relevant platforms (preferred)
• Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to maintain brand consistency
• Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, leads, and conversions and prepare monthly performance reports
• Identify innovative content ideas (Reels, stories, UGC, etc.) to maximize audience engagement

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience (1–3 years) as a Social Media Strategist, Social Media Manager, or Digital Marketer
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, tools, and analytics platforms (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.)
• Excellent communication, copywriting, and creative thinking skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Basic knowledge of performance marketing (Google Ads & Meta Ads) is a strong plus
