Roles & Responsibility Strategize, execute, and optimize high-performance ad campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). Continuously monitor and improve campaign performance, maximizing ROAS and minimizing CAC. Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and conversion tracking. Dive deep into analytics to generate insights and performance reports using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc. Collaborate with the creative team to produce ad copies, creatives, and landing pages that convert. Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and ad platform features. ✅ What You’ll Bring Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with both Google Ads and Meta Ads. Proven track record of managing lead generation. Strong understanding of performance metrics like CTR, ROAS, CPL, CPM, and bounce rate. Ability to think both creatively and analytically. Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, or similar platforms is a bonus.
