Performance Marketer

We are looking for a Performance Marketer who can plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns to drive measurable business growth. The ideal candidate is data-driven, result-oriented, and experienced in managing digital ad platforms to maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Manage paid search, display, social, and retargeting campaigns
• Optimize campaigns to improve CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions
• Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, creatives, and audience targeting
• Track and analyze performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other tools
• Manage marketing budgets efficiently to achieve maximum ROI
• Work closely with content, design, and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals
• Prepare and present weekly/monthly performance reports
• Identify new growth opportunities through market and competitor analysis

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Performance Marketer / Paid Marketing Specialist
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and conversion tracking
• Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Pixels, and UTM tracking
• Solid understanding of funnels, lead generation, and user acquisition
• Ability to analyze data and make performance-based decisions
• Basic understanding of SEO, CRO, and landing page optimization
• Excellent communication and reporting skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS, IT services, or product-based companies
• Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM integrations
• Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint is a plus

Pay: ₹11,190.49 - ₹22,000.00 per month
