Location: Noida (Work From Office)
Experience: 2–4 Years (editable)
Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
2nd & 4th Saturday: Work From Home
Mandatory: Must have own laptop in good working condition (compatible with marketing tools)

About the Role:

We are looking for a result-driven Performance Marketer who can plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be analytical, data-focused, and capable of driving leads, conversions, and ROI through performance marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other platforms
• Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and campaign structures to maximize ROI
• Create, test, and optimize ad creatives, copies, and landing pages in coordination with design & content teams
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversions)
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and funnels
• Perform audience research, targeting, and retargeting strategies
• Monitor daily performance and scale high-performing campaigns
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and platform algorithm changes
• Coordinate with internal teams for campaign planning and execution

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing / paid ads
• Strong experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads
• Good understanding of funnels, landing pages, and conversion tracking
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and ad reporting tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets
• Must have own laptop in good working condition
• Willing to work 6 days a week (2nd & 4th Saturday WFH)
• Comfortable with Noida office location

Good to Have:

• Experience in lead generation or e-commerce campaigns
• Knowledge of tools like GTM, GA4, Hotjar, or CRM integrations
• Understanding of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
