We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer who has hands-on experience managing and scaling digital marketing campaigns with significant ad budgetsacross platforms like Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and others. If you’re passionate about optimization, analytics, and driving strong ROI—this role is for you.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
• Proven track record of running paid campaigns with significant ad budgets.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with performance dashboards.
• Utilize proven experience working with e-commerce websites to optimize user journeys and conversion rates.
• Experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
• Ability to strategize, execute, and deliver results independently.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
