As a Performance Marketer/ PPC Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing high-converting paid campaigns across Google Ads and other PPC platforms. Your role will involve developing PPC campaigns across various Google platforms, conducting keyword research, writing ad copy, monitoring campaign performance metrics, implementing bidding strategies, and running A/B tests for ad creatives and landing pages. You will also be required to generate reports, stay updated with industry trends, and collaborate with other teams to ensure messaging alignment. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, launch, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, Call-Only, and Performance Max. - Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to drive campaign relevance and efficiency. - Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns based on key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS). - Implement and refine bidding strategies, budget allocations, and audience segmentation. - Run A/B and multivariate tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies. - Ensure accurate tracking and attribution using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, UTM parameters, and conversion pixels. - Generate insightful reports and dashboards using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Looker Studio (Data Studio). - Stay up-to-date with Google Ads algorithm changes, new features, and industry trends to implement innovative campaign strategies. - Collaborate closely with the SEO, content, design, and marketing teams to ensure messaging alignment and cohesive customer journeys. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to campaign tracking, ad disapprovals, or conversion discrepancies. Qualifications: - 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube). - Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setup. - Experience with PPC automation tools, scripts, and budget pacing tools. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actions. - Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation and reporting. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to craft compelling ad copy and optimize landing pages to improve conversions. - Google Ads Certification preferred. - Agency experience will be a plus.
