Sales Team Leader


1.Roles and Responsibilities:

·       Candidates should have experience of Team Handling/Sales/KPIs.

·       Drive high conversion rates for both inbound and outbound sales.

·       Implement sales strategies to overcome objections and close deals effectively.

·       Analyse sales trends and take corrective actions to improve performance.

·       Demonstrated ability to work effectively either as an individual or member of a team and relate effectively with staff on all levels.

·       Knowledge of operational processes, logical thinking, reporting and analysis.

·       Making daily & monthly reports maintain the SLAs of team.

2)Required Skills:

At least 1 year of experience

sales techniques, objection handling, and closing strategies

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Must be analytical and detail oriented.

·       should have handled a team of 15-20 FTEs.

·       Ability to coach, mentor, and drive performance in a high-pressure environment.

·       Experience working with CRM tools and sales reporting
