As a Google Ads Manager at HappyFares.in, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all paid search campaigns related to Domestic & International travel categories. With a minimum of 3 years of experience in managing Google Ads, you will be expected to create, monitor, and enhance ads across various platforms such as Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube. Your role will involve executing keyword research, conducting A/B testing of creatives and landing pages, and consistently tracking key performance indicators like CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS to ensure maximum return on investment. Your expertise in Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, UTM parameters, and campaign analytics will be crucial in reducing CPLs and enhancing conversion rates. You should have a strong understanding of keyword match types, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and budget allocation. Additionally, your proficiency in data analysis using tools like Excel or Google Sheets will be valuable in this role. It is essential for you to stay updated on market trends, competitor strategies, and implement data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance. Collaborating with creative and content teams for ad copy and visuals will be part of your responsibilities. Ensuring compliance with Google Ads policies and setting up proper conversion tracking using GA4/GTM will be key tasks to achieve campaign objectives. Ideally, you should have prior experience in the travel, e-commerce, or fintech sector. Familiarity with AI tools for automation and optimization, as well as knowledge of SEO and organic search growth, will be advantageous.
