Job Description

Syfton Innovations is a fast-growing software development company specializing in custom software products, mobile apps, websites, and digital solutions. We deliver innovative technology and digital transformation services to clients across industries.

We are looking for a Business Development Executive who can identify new opportunities, build client relationships, and help expand our software products and IT services portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for software development, web, and mobile app services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Understand client requirements and collaborate with the technical team to create suitable proposals.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, pitches, and demos to clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM tools.
  • Represent Syfton Innovations at client meetings, events, and networking opportunities.
  • Follow up on inbound inquiries and convert them into successful deals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in IT sales / software service sales / business development (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication & presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of software services such as web development, app development, and digital solutions.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online research.

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage):

  • Experience working with B2B clients or international markets.
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn lead generation, email marketing, or cold calling.
  • Familiarity with IT project proposals, quotations, and negotiation processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
