Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nashik for a Human Resources Specialist. The responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, overseeing personnel management, and ensuring effective HR operations. The individual will work closely with management to address staffing needs, maintain compliance with employment laws, and promote an engaging workplace culture. Qualifications Strong expertise in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management Proficiency in developing and implementing HR policies Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities Familiarity with labor laws and employment regulations Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred Prior experience in an HR role is advantageous
