Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located in Mumbai. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and managing personnel. Daily tasks include HR management, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and facilitating personnel management to enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Proficiency in developing and implementing HR Policies
• Experience managing Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the architecture or planning industry is a plus
