Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist, located in the Mohali district. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for overseeing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and supporting personnel management activities. This role includes tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, developing HR processes, maintaining compliance with regulations, and ensuring a positive workplace culture. Collaboration with management and employees to address HR needs and improve organizational effectiveness will be integral to this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Strong knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits programs
• Proficiency in Personnel Management practices and processes
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with local labor laws and compliance requirements
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in a similar role is highly beneficial
