Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an AI Instructor located in the Mohali district. The AI Instructor will be responsible for designing and delivering AI-related courses, training students on industry-relevant tools and technologies, and staying updated on advancements in the field of Artificial Intelligence. Additional responsibilities include preparing instructional materials, assessing student progress, and assisting in curriculum development.

Qualifications

1. Strong AI Knowledge

• Understanding of AI, machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and prompt engineering.

• Ability to simplify and teach complex concepts.

2. Hands-On Expertise in AI Tools

• Must know creative tools (Midjourney, Runway, Leonardo, Firefly),

• Productivity tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Zapier),

• Marketing/content tools (Jasper, VidIQ, Synthesia), and

• Basic analytics tools (GA4, PowerBI, Tableau).

3. AI Editing & Content Creation Skills

• Experience with AI video editors (Runway, Pika Labs, Descript).

• Ability to produce ads, reels, graphics, and campaign material using AI.

4. Industry Experience

• 2–3 years in digital marketing, content creation, tech, or AI projects.

• Practical experience using AI in real campaigns or workflows.

5. Teaching & Communication Ability

• Can explain clearly, guide beginners, and lead project-based learning.

• Prior teaching or workshop experience preferred.

6. Updated With Latest AI Trends

• Must stay current with new AI models, tools, and industry changes.

7. Portfolio Required

• Must present AI-created work, campaigns, or projects.

• Certifications in AI or marketing are a plus.
