About the Role:

Rabbitt AI is seeking a passionate and skilled AI Instructor with 2–3 years of hands-on

experience in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. The ideal candidate will be

responsible for training college faculty members, helping them upskill in AI concepts,

tools, and teaching methodologies. You will play a critical role in empowering academic

institutions to adopt AI education more effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

● Deliver engaging and structured AI training sessions to faculty from technical and

non-technical backgrounds.

● Design and update curriculum and teaching materials based on the audience profile.

● Explain core concepts such as Python for AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning,

LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, and Generative AI in a simplified and practical

manner.

● Assist in conducting workshops, hands-on labs, and case study-based learning.

● Address queries and provide academic support to faculty during and after the training

period.

● Collaborate with Rabbitt AI’s content, product, and operations teams for smooth

delivery and planning.

● Ensure participants are well-prepared to teach AI in their classrooms confidently.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

● Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related

fields

● 2–3 years of experience working with AI/ML tools, models, and frameworks

● Prior teaching or training experience is highly preferred

● Proficient in Python, scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and related

AI libraries

● Understanding of LLMs, Generative AI tools, prompt engineering, and RAG concepts

● Excellent communication and presentation skills

● Ability to simplify complex topics for a diverse audience

● Comfortable conducting both in-person and virtual training sessions

Good to Have:

● Experience in instructional design or curriculum development

● Familiarity with AI education trends in academia

● Certifications in AI/ML or related technologies
