Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located in Chennai. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR functions including Payroll,Statutary complaints,HR MIS,HR policies, employee benefits, and personnel management. The role involves day-to-day HR management, developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. The HR Specialist will work closely with management to support the overall business strategy.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Personnel Management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
• Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
