Role Overview:-

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Human Resources Executive

full-time, on-site position

Key Responsibilities

• Manage

  end-to-end recruitment

  for store and corporate positions—sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Partner with department heads and store managers to understand staffing needs and design effective hiring strategies.
• Maintain recruitment dashboards, candidate databases, and hiring metrics.
• Support

  HR operations

  , including onboarding, documentation, attendance, and employee records.
• Assist in implementing HR policies, engagement activities, and performance management processes.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and statutory labor laws.
• Contribute to building a positive and engaging work culture across outlets and teams.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience

  in Human Resources, with strong exposure to

  Talent Acquisition

  .
• Hands-on experience in volume hiring or retail/F&B recruitment preferred.
• Good understanding of HR policies, employee relations, and compliance.
• Excellent

  communication, interpersonal

  skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in
