Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern located in India. The Human Resources Intern will assist in various HR-related tasks such as developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting HR management, ensuring compliance with company policies, and contributing to a positive workplace environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Skills in Personnel Management
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Relevant coursework or experience in HR is beneficial
• Pursuing or obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
