Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a Human Resources Intern. The HR Intern will assist more into recruitment and onboarding and employee engagement

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
• Knowledge of Recruitment.
• Familiarity with Personnel Management practices and procedures.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and maintain confidentiality.
• Bachelor’s degree or current enrollment in a degree program related to Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and Naukri is a plus.
