Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources (HR) Intern based in Pune. The HR Intern will assist the HR team with day-to-day operations such as implementing HR policies, onboarding new employees, managing employee benefits, and supporting personnel management. They will also contribute to maintaining documentation and databases, and help coordinate HR events and initiatives. This opportunity offers hands-on experience in HR management and exposure to organizational operations.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Human Resources (HR) practices and processes
• Knowledge of HR Management and HR Policies
• Familiarity with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• Location: Bhekarai Nagar, Hadpsar, Pune
