Role Description

This is a remote internship role as a Human Resources Intern. The intern will assist in various HR functions, including developing and updating HR policies, supporting employee benefits administration, assisting with personnel management tasks, and providing support for HR management activities. Day-to-day tasks may also include maintaining HR records, supporting recruitment processes, and facilitating internal communications.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with core Human Resources (HR) functions and best practices
• Understanding of HR Management and HR Policies
• Knowledge or interest in Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
