Hiring: SEO Specialist (On-site – Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur)

Sir Marketer is looking for an experienced SEO Specialist

What we’re looking for:

• Someone who has already worked in an agency or handled multiple brand websites
• Strong knowledge of

  On-page, Off-page, Technical SEO & Local SEO

• Knows how to build content strategies based on keyword clusters, search intent & funnel stages

• Can perform in-depth audits and create action plans, not just reports

• Familiar with AEO (Answer Engine Optimization)

  – optimizing for AI search like Google SGE, Perplexity, ChatGPT, etc.
• Understands schema, E-E-A-T, crawl budget, page speed, indexing issues, etc.

Your responsibilities:

• Complete SEO ownership for client websites
• Keyword research, content mapping & competitor analysis
• Technical audits & fixes (can coordinate with dev team as needed)
• Backlink strategy & digital PR planning
• Monthly reporting with insights, not just screenshots
• Experimenting with AI search, featured snippets, people-also-ask, etc.
• Staying updated with Google algorithm updates & AI-driven search evolution

Bonus if you:

• Have ranked international websites (US/UK market)
• Know basic WordPress, Webflow or Shopify
• Can guide content writers on SEO-first content
• Have worked on AI-powered search visibility (AEO)
