About This Opportunity: We are seeking a talented development team to build a centralized internal operations platform that consolidates fragmented systems across our global trading operations. This is a high-impact project directly supporting our CTO's strategic vision for operational efficiency and real-time risk management.
Engagement Structure: 1-month trial engagement with extension to 6 months based on performance and deliverables quality.
Project Overview Phase 1: Core Integration & Reporting (Months 1-2)Build the foundational layer of our operations platform, integrating critical trading and payment systems:
PropReport Integration: Migrate daily trade reports, positions data, and analytics into centralized database
Payment Gateway Integrations: Connect to PayPal, crypto payment providers, and B2B platforms for deposit tracking
Automated Accounting Calculations: Interest charges, margin calls, overnight position fees, and independent financial computations
Process Automation: Replace manual ticket-based deposit verification and accounting workflows
Phase 2: Live Trading Monitoring & Risk Management (Months 3-6)Real-time monitoring connections to all trading platforms

Frontend: React, Next.js, TypeScript

Client Partnership Model Important: This is a collaborative development engagement. Our CTO (15+ years backend/cybersecurity experience) will work alongside your team as a co-developer.
Client actively contributes code and architecture decisions
Daily/weekly collaboration on technical challenges
Leverage client expertise for system design and security implementation
Joint responsibility for deliverables
Engagement Terms Duration Initial Engagement: 1 month (trial/evaluation period)
Extension Criteria: Performance, code quality, deliverable completion, and team collaboration
Potential Path: Extension to 6 months with possibility of ongoing long-term partnership
Compensation Structure Model: Monthly fixed retainer
Rate: Negotiable based on experience and deliverable quality
Work Location Remote-friendly with coordination across India, Europe, Canada, and US time zones
Regular sync meetings with CTO and internal stakeholders

Required Qualifications: Essential: 3+ years of full-stack web development experience
Proven expertise in React, Next.js, and TypeScript
Strong backend development skills (Node.js, Python, or equivalent)
Database design and optimization (SQL, PostgreSQL preferred)
API integration experience with 3rd party payment and trading platforms
Experience with webhook implementations and real-time data processing
Understanding of high-frequency data processing and performance optimization
Highly Desired Experience with Supabase or Firebase platforms
Familiarity with trading systems and financial data integrations
Background in payment gateway integrations (PayPal, crypto APIs)
Knowledge of regulatory compliance in financial software
Experience building internal operations/admin platforms
Understanding of multi-timezone team coordination
Nice to HavePin Script or trading platform API experience
Experience with broker-dealer operations
Background in cybersecurity or secure financial systems
Contribution to open-source financial projects
