We are looking for a hands-on Full Stack Developer / Team Lead who can lead a team of 5–6 full stack developers and build/scale multiple SaaS platforms|
This role needs someone who is strong in engineering fundamentals, comfortable with modern architectures, and is productive with AI-assisted coding (Cursor/GitHub Copilot/ChatGPT etc.) while maintaining code quality and review discipline.
Take complete ownership of feature delivery across multiple web portals and products
Lead and mentor a team of 5–6 developers (task breakdown, planning, reviews, coaching)
Drive clean architecture, reusable components, and scalable backend APIs
Enforce strong engineering practices: code reviews, CI/CD, testing standards, branching/release discipline
Collaborate with product/business teams to convert requirements into clear technical execution plans
Improve development velocity using AI-assisted development (without compromising quality/security)Handle production support when needed: RCA, bug fixing, performance tuning, reliability improvementsBuild documentation: dev setup, modules, APIs, coding standards, runbooks
• 5+ years of Full Stack development experience
• 1–2+ years of team handling / mentoring experience (or strong leadership ownership)
• Strong experience with modern web stacks such as:
Frontend: Angular / React (either is fine, Angular preferred if you’re stronger there)
Backend: Node.js (Express/NestJS) or similar
DB: MongoDB / MySQL / PostgreSQL (one strong + working knowledge of others)
• Strong knowledge of:
REST APIs, auth (JWT/OAuth), RBAC
Git workflows, code reviews, debugging, performance optimization
Deployment basics (Linux, Nginx, PM2/Docker), CI/CD familiarity
• Solid understanding of secure coding practices (OWASP basics, secrets management, role-based access)
We want a developer who uses AI as a productivity tool:
Experience using Cursor / GitHub Copilot / ChatGPT for code generation, refactoring, tests, debuggingKnows how to validate AI output (edge cases, security, performance, maintainability)Can create effective prompts, break down tasks, and accelerate delivery responsibly
Experience building SaaS products with multi-tenant architectureExperience with backup/restore domains, agents, schedulers, file sync, snapshotting (or similar system tools)Experience with TypeScript-first architecture, NestJS, message queues (RabbitMQ/Kafka), RedisAutomated testing (unit + integration + e2e) and test strategy ownershipExposure to cloud hosting / virtualization-related products (a plus)
Clear understanding of existing systems + stable handover of modulesImproved team output through better planning, reviews, and standardsFaster releases with fewer regressionsCleaner architecture and visible improvement in code quality/documentation
