JOB 2: Farm Commercialization & Development Executive

Farm Location: Sevantham Patti, Thuvarankurichi, Trichy District, Tamil Nadu

Remote and frequent visit to Farm for 3-6 months. Will be decided after 6 months

Employment Type: Full-time, On-site Reporting To: Farm Owner Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial professional to lead the commercialization of a 50-acre diversified farm (Phase 1). This role involves developing sales channels, managing supply chains, coordinating farm operations, and expanding the farm’s reach across Tamil Nadu through events and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities Sales & Marketing

 Develop and execute monthly and seasonal sales plans for fruits, herbs, and other farm products.

 Build and manage sales channels: online portal, direct buyers, local mandis, and export opportunities.

 Achieve monthly revenue targets and report performance to the farm owner.

 Create promotional materials and product catalogs for buyers and events. Supply Chain & Logistics

 Organize harvesting, sorting, packaging, and delivery schedules.

 Coordinate with logistics partners for timely and cost-effective distribution.

 Maintain inventory and dispatch records. Farm Coordination & Technical Support

 Work closely with the Farm Supervisor to align harvesting and sales timelines.

 Provide technical input on crop planning, resource allocation, and farm expansion.

 Support implementation of best practices in irrigation, fertilization, and organic certification. Outreach & Promotion  Represent the farm at agriculture expos, fairs, and trade events across Tamil Nadu.

 Build relationships with agri-tech platforms, FPOs, and institutional buyers.

 Develop new verticals (e.g., agro-tourism, herbal wellness kits, farm-to-table models). Planning & Reporting

 Prepare monthly reports covering sales, operations, resource usage, and market feedback.

 Recommend improvements in farm productivity and commercial strategy.

 Assist in budgeting and resource planning for future expansion.

Qualifications & Skills

 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Horticulture, or Rural Management

 2–5 years experience in agri-sales, farm operations, or agribusiness development

 Strong understanding of Tamil Nadu’s agri-market landscape

 Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

 Proficiency in Excel, basic CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms

 Willingness to travel across Tamil Nadu for events and buyer meetings Compensation

 Salary: ₹30,000–₹35,000/month (based on experience)

 Performance Bonus: Up to ₹10,000/month based on sales targets

JOB 3: INTERN / TRAINEE



Role: Agri-Operations & Commercialization Planner

Location Thuvarankurichi, Trichy District, Tamil Nadu (on-site presence required). Phase 1 in 40 acres development. Role Type

 Option A: Internship (for final-year or recently graduated students)

 Option B: Farm Planner (for graduates with 1–2 years experience)

Scope of Work

1. Tree Inventory & Yield Calendar  Create a comprehensive list of all fruit, medicinal, and timber trees on the farm.

 Identify expected yield periods based on species, age, and local climate.

 Quantity and volume identification for 1-5 years

2. Growth Monitoring Plan

 Develop monthly growth tracking sheets for each tree type.

 Include parameters: height, canopy spread, flowering, fruiting, pest signs.

 Recommend digital tools (Excel, mobile apps) for easy tracking.

3. Manure & Fertilizer Plan  Create organic and inorganic fertilizer schedules for each tree type.

 Include dosage, frequency, and seasonal adjustments.

 Suggest cost-effective options (e.g., farmyard manure, neem cake, vermicompost). 4. Sales Plan for Fruits & Produce  Identify local and regional buyers, mandis, and online platforms.

 Recommend pricing strategy based on grade, season, and packaging.

 Develop a weekly sales calendar aligned with harvest cycles.

5. Water Feeding Plan  Map irrigation zones and tree water needs.

 Recommend drip/sprinkler schedules based on soil type and season.

 Include water-saving techniques (mulching, rainwater harvesting).

Responsibilities

 Conduct on-site survey and data collection
