Field Agent

What You’ll Do

You’ll be our voice on the ground, building trust and momentum across communities:

• Visit churches and connect authentically with priests and leaders
• Spread our story through flyers, conversations, and heartfelt engagement
• Coordinate simple local logistics and events
• Provide insightful updates and community feedback to Director-Operations

What You’ll Gain

This isn’t your average 9-to-5:

• Commission-only role

  — no fixed salary, but big potential

• Earn 1.25% per traveler

  on any of our four core tour packages
• ‣ That’s approximately

  ₹2,815–₹3,750 per head

  , depending on season and itinerary
• Travel and conveyance expenses covered (with approved plans)
• Work with purpose, not just a paycheck

Who You Are

• A people-person with a heart for service and community
• Self-driven, organized, and flexible
• Proficiency in English and Tamil is a must whereas knowledge of other local Indian languages is a plus. 
• Excited by the fusion of faith, travel, and outreach
• Negotiation & Partnership Building: Exceptional skills in negotiation and building enduring, mutually beneficial partnerships within the travel sector.
• Sales Acumen: Established proficiency in driving revenue through strategic sales initiatives.
• Bonus if you’ve done church-based work, volunteering, or grassroots initiatives
