This is a full time tele-calling position based at our office in Vadodara. You will be provided a mobile phone to use in the office to make calls. You will also have access to a computer as required. The timing is from 10am to 7pm Monday to Saturday. You responsibilities include: Generating leads for our Personal Loan products via tele-calling. Maintaining excel database of leads generated and calls made. Making follow up calls to clients and our partner firms.

Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation Visit assigned areas (residential, commercial, or industrial) to identify potential customers in need of loans. Approach small business owners, salaried individuals, self-employed professionals, shopkeepers, and others. Explain loan offerings in a simple and convincing manner to create interest. Data Collection Gather basic information (name, contact details, income source, loan requirement) from interested individuals. Ensure accurate and complete lead forms are submitted daily. Maintain a lead tracker and share updates with the supervisor regularly. Brand Representation Represent the company professionally and ethically in the field. Distribute flyers, brochures, and other promotional material to build awareness. Coordination Coordinate with back-office teams to ensure leads are valid and actionable.
